Smartdont Plumbing is a referral service. We connect homeowners who have plumbing problems with independent local providers. If you run a plumbing, drain or sewer business, you may be a good fit for our network.

This is not a job posting. We do not hire employees or crews. You stay your own boss and run your own business.

Who are we looking for?

We look for independent providers who serve Arlington Heights and the Arlington Heights area. That includes:

• Emergency plumbing contractors
• Drain cleaning and blocked pipe specialists
• Sewer line repair and inspection businesses

If your work covers sump pump issues, frozen pipes, or older frame homes, tell us. Those are common needs here.

What do we expect?

Homeowners are often stressed when they call. We expect providers to:

• Hold the licenses and insurance that local rules require
• Answer calls and respond when they say they will
• Give clear written quotes before work starts
• Explain the problem in plain words
• Avoid pressure tactics
• Share simple upkeep advice after the repair

We also expect honest talk about availability. Never promise what you cannot do.

How does it work?

Homeowners call or send a request. We point them to a provider in the network. You talk with them, quote the job, and do the work if they agree. You handle your own pricing, scheduling and payment terms with the customer.
